Here is New Smooth Lollipop Based Custom ROM for Micromax Unite 2.

Bugs:

  1. Screen Goes Black after Putting brightness to lowest (FIX: Use adaptive brightness)
  2. Dots are not visible while setting pattern(FIX: Use Instincts)

Installation process:

  1. Boot into Philz Recovery
  2. wipe data
  3. install zip from sdcard
  4. select ExceptionOs
  5. when flashing is done
  6. again install zip from sdcard
  7. select Gapps and flash
  8. reboot & Enjoy

  6. I tried to flash this rom using philz touch but I keep getting E:/can’t mount cache/recovery/log error.. Currently I am using Better L v3 rom…. Please help me in anyway you can..

  10. Hey… I installed it in unite 2 but… Camera is not working and when I m trying to install apps from SD card then it says… Out of space… Please help me…

    2. this is true but the reason is you would have either removed some of system apps or done some other funky thing. Re installation will fix it (it happened to me too)

  11. Great high performance ROM, Thank you Vivek & team!
    few observations/improvements: (1) by default some of the google play/framework/transport services are disabled and can never be enabled (use “disable services” app and you will know) (2) Removing some unwanted system apps like Kate Mobile makes phone highly unstable (I used Link2SD to remove). I had to reinstall few times to catch the issues (3) there was no need to unroot.

  12. After flashings exception is in my mobile a big problem when try to install any app says insufficient space even there are lots of space both in phone and memory card. Please help.

  13. Thanks Vivek & team for great stable ROM! I have issue with GAPPS. My google account is gone, play store keeps crashing as soon as I try to open. I tried reinstalling GAPPS (with clearing cache & dalvic) also tried other GAPPS. I have tried full reinstallation couple of times. It works for 1-2 days then google apps start misbehaving.
